Anthony Fletcher

Former Division 1 basketball player, Anthony Fletcher, has always had an innate passion for the game. Now, the CEO & Founder of Integrity Sports Agency (ISA), Anthony is able to combine his love of the sport with his business experience. Prior to opening ISA, Anthony launched an Executive Search Firm in Chicago (My Future Consulting, Inc.) in 2007 and operates as the parent company for ISA. ISA is a Sports Management company with a primal focus on professional athletes.

ISA came about in a different way than most of Anthony’s business ventures, however. Usually, Anthony is one to dream something into fruition, but this came about from the strong push of many friends and colleagues who saw a gap that Anthony could fill in the Sports Management field. Known by the people closest to him for his extreme integrity, principles and extraordinary way of leading, he was pushed to hone those qualities into a business that would make a difference for those professional athletes needing someone in their corner. As a former athlete himself, Anthony has a valid interest into the personal lives of players and seeks to guide them and their families who are embarking upon their new journey.

Anthony has a unique story, securing a Division 1 Athletic Scholarship for basketball, without ever playing the sport in high school; the percentage of D1 athletes who can say they’ve accomplished that is almost non-existent. During his high school years, he grew five inches in one Summer. At one point, he won a car on the Price Is Right and his parent company has been recognized as a Top 20 Employment Agency for three consecutive years (starting in 2018). Why do these random facts matter? Because of these things, Anthony believes the sky is truly the limit and that anything is possible for his business and his clients.
